PreFrame
PreFrame consumable is especially made for embroidery machine operating with AFS. The preframes are constructed as fan-folded “never-ending” sheets that only need to be inserted once. As each design is completed, the next sheet is automatically pulled into place. Laser sensors measure and align each sheet perfectly so no manual adjustments are needed after the initial programming.
When done, the finished designs are easily peeled from the
PreFrames and are ready to be heat sealed

This allows for fast and efficient production of high quality badges, emblems and appliqués with crisp and clean edges every time.
AH-Type PreFrameAH-type come with precut fabric fixed onto the Preframe, designed for fast and easy production of emblem and name badge. The embroidered product can be heat seal or sewn on to garment. We have a variety standard blank available in many colors, but you can also order custom made blank as you desire.
